WHO WE ARE
Tirhani Property Auctions (TPA) was established in March 2008 to render focused and specialised real estate auctions.
The general auctioning of real estate previously formed part of Tirhani Auctioneers, which has conducted many successful real estate auctions (both stand alone and multiple) since the company’s inception in 2001.
The need to form a company focused on and specialising in property auctions was informed by recent trends across the world whereby the practice of selling property using the auction method is on the increase.
TPA has done substantial research and groundwork regarding the auctioning of real estate, both locally and internationally. The research, coupled with TPAs’ in-house experience in the auctioning of real estate, has enabled the company to adopt viable auctioning methods and variations, including minimum published bid, minimum published reserve, FaxBid, SealedBid, Multiple, Multi-Par and on-line platforms.
CLIENT BASE
TPA has conducted numerous auctions since its inception. Our past and present client base includes: Nedbank, ABSA, Mogale City, Glyani Municipality, Liquidations and Deceased Estates.
